    The brisket was bland which required sauce. The BBQ sauce had a somewhat bitter flavor to it. The fried okra was pretty good.

    I have eaten here many times through the years all the way back to when they were way out in the country. I have never been disappointed. The portions here are large. They are not stingy with anything including the meat. Oh yeah the meat. Perfect brisket, ribs, sausage and a nice selection of sides. If this place had beer it would be perfect.

    Great BBQ. Have the meat plate and get several different meats. I rated this so low because of the super slow service. There are no bussers so the wait staff cleans off the tables (not well). We waited 30+ minutes for our food. Seems a little long to me at a BBQ joint.
